Product properties
BOSMAN FACADE IMPREGNATOR is a product used as a façade and wall impregnator. It ensures the long life of the impregnated surface by creating a protective coating that prevents moisture penetration, thus reducing the formation of mold, fungi, and salt efflorescence. It also increases frost resistance and the insulating properties of the surface. It protects against the degrading effects of water and changing weather conditions, and enhances the aesthetic value of the façade.
Applications: For protecting facades and walls made of mineral plaster, stone, brick, concrete, and precast concrete. Also suitable for protecting sandstone, limestone, natural stone, granite, slate, marble, plaster, brick, and concrete. Also suitable for porous building materials.
How to use
The product is ready-to-use. Before use, mix the product by shaking the container vigorously several times. Before applying the product, prepare the surface, i.e., the substrate should be dry, degreased, and free of any contaminants (dust, efflorescence, discoloration, oil stains, moss, lichen, etc. It is best to wash dirty surfaces with the special Bosman Facade Cleaning Agent before applying the Impregnation). Apply the Impregnation in a thin layer using a roller, brush, or spray. Apply the product evenly from top to bottom, ensuring the entire surface is thoroughly saturated with the product. For porous surfaces, it is recommended to apply a second coat while the previous one is still damp. On less absorbent surfaces, apply a single coat to prevent streaks.
After application, protect from rain for at least 4 hours. Use running water to clean tools. Coverage: Consumption of the impregnation for one coat is 1 L for approximately 4 to 6 m2. Please note that consumption depends on the porosity and absorbency of the impregnated substrate.
Note: Do not use the product on saline substrates, below the groundwater level, or in the event of prolonged exposure to pressurized water. It is recommended to protect plants and all facade finishing elements (wood, glass, metal, plastic). Contact with the impregnation may create stains on surfaces. The product may slightly darken the color of more absorbent surfaces. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production. Production date, capacity, and batch number are on the packaging. Due to the variety of materials used, always test the product in an inconspicuous area of the working surface before use.
