'Bosman b1' fireproof gun foam is a flash resistant ** (din 4102-b1) one-component sealing and installation pu foam for works that require use of non-flammable product meeting the specified non-flammability classes. 'Bosman' pu foam is intended for installing window and door frames and casings made of pvc, wood and aluminium, sealing roof joints, walls and ceilings, filling and insulating cable and pipe bushings, insulating central heating, water supply, and sewerage systems, silencing and sealing cabs, partition walls, automobile bodies, boats, etc. When fresh, the foam exhibits good adherence to all building materials. The cured foam is semi-rigid and the majority of it maintains the closed cell structure. The cured foam is resistant to high and low temperatures, but not to uv radiation.
Application
** The recipe is flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 - B1 MPA - Germany.
The B1 class is satisfied when foaming between mineral joint depths up to 60 mm and their widths up to 45 mm.
- Clean the surface of dust, grease and other contaminants.
- Dirt from fresh foam should be cleaned with Bosman foam remover.
- Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
- Hardened foam should be protected with paint, plaster, etc.
