Product properties
'REZYDENCJA' is an emulsion paint intended for painting the outside of residential and public utility buildings. Its resistance to weather makes it suitable for outdoor use in painting buildings and facades.
The 'Rezydencja’ paint is characterized by the following:
-very strong coverage
-“condensed” paint formula
- coat durability and resistant to atmospheric conditions
-suitability for use on outdoor surfaces (facades, balconies)
-resistance to washing and even scouring
-any soling can be removed without worrying about damage to the paint coat.
-good water vapour permeability makes the walls “breathe”
Application
Step 1: surface preparation:
1. The surfaces must be firm, clean and dry (fresh plaster after 3-4 weeks of seasoning).
2. General preparation: remove coats of glue and chalk paints as well as poorly bound or peeling paint. Rinse the surface with clean water to remove dusty residues and dust. Dirt and grease wash with water and detergent, and then rinse with clean water. Wait for it to dry.
3. Clean the surfaces with fungus, for example with a spatula, and then apply an appropriate fungicide.
Step 2: painting
1. Stir the paint thoroughly.
2. Painting methods: brush, roller and pneumatic spraying (traditional)
3. Selection of tools: use natural sheep wool rollers (eg mohair), velor and string rollers with short hair or brushes made of artificial hair (eg polyester or other synthetic blends). Use long-haired rollers for textured surfaces.
4. Painting with a brush or roller:
Priming - primer painting
Previously unpainted or exposed substrates after removing the coating, prime them
ACRYLIC WITH BOSMAN PRIMER or the "Residence" paint diluted depending on the absorptivity of the substrate with 10-20% of clean water and mix thoroughly (eg dusty and porous surfaces such as: smooth surfaces with diluted paint with 20% of clean water).
Final painting - topcoat:
Paint the surfaces primed or covered with an old, well-adherent layer of paint
undiluted paint. Apply 1 or 2 layers (apply the second layer 2 hours after applying the previous one).
5. Painting with pneumatic spray: previously unpainted surfaces, exposed after removing the coatings, primed or covered with an old, well-adhesive coating of paint, paint with paint diluted with 10-20% of clean water and mix thoroughly. Apply 1 or 3 layers (the next layer should be applied after 2 hours from the application of the previous one).
WARNING! Do not use paint at ambient temperature and painted surface
below +5 C and in rain, fog or snow. Do not use paint in hot weather
afternoon. Do not use flocked and polyester rollers - 100% (make it difficult
spreading the paint, creating a coating with a non-uniform structure and hiding power) We also do not recommend sponge rollers (they cause bubbles air which, when dry, can form craters in the coating structure).
