'Od A do Z IZOFLEX' GUN PU foam is an one-component sealing and installation PU foam that undergoes curing under the influence of airborne moisture. Surface drying time: about 20 minutes; full drying time: about 12 hours. 'Od A do Z' foam adheres perfectly the most building materials, except PE, silicone, and PS. The cured foam can be cut, polished, plastered, and painted; however, it should be protected against direct sunlight. It has many uses in the building industry, for example in building woodwork assembling, filling and insulating of cable bushings and pipe culverts, thermal insulation of water supply, sewerage and central heating systems, silencing and sealing of partition walls and car or boat cabs, and joining and sealing of prefabricated wooden elements during timber frame construction.
Application
Before use, keep the foam container at room temperature for at least 12 hours. Use at an ambient temperature of min. +5 C. Before use, shake the can vigorously about 20 times, then remove the cap from the valve and screw the gun on it. When working, keep the container upside down. Before application, moisten (spray) the surface with water and fresh foam after application. The surfaces must be clean, free from dust, grease and dust. Secure the adjacent surfaces with the adhesive tape. Protect the door and window frames against deformation during hardening by spreading them. Fresh foam residues from the surface and the can can be removed with a polyurethane cleaner - FOAM CLEANER. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
