Product properties
Neoprene assembly adhesive is used for bonding building materials and finishing elements made of wood and wood derivative materials, pvc and similar plastics, ceramics, gypsum, concrete, stone, steel, metals, etc., bonding finishing slats (e.g. Corner slats, skirting boards), masking sections, thresholds, wall panels, window sills, cornices, plasterboards, ceramic tiles, and stone tiles, and bonding handles, hooks, emblems, hangers, etc.
For indoor and outdoor use; for horizontal and vertical surfaces (it does not drip) in combination with smooth and porous substrates, both absorptive and non-absorptive. Quick-drying, very viscous (immediate adhesion to a substrate), and with very high bonding strength (total cure time: 72 hours). After the curing is completed, it forms a flexible bond resistant to water and weather conditions. Tensile strength 24 kg/cm² (after seasoning for 168 h at temperature of +20°C). Thermal resistance after curing: from -20°Cto +70°C.
Application
Before starting work, dry, clean and degrease the joint or smooth surface. Cut the mouth of the tube above the thread. Screw in a nozzle cut obliquely to the width of the gap to be filled. Put the tube into the squeezer-gun. Squeeze out the contents of the container by pressing the plunger from the bottom. Apply the glue on one side, points or stripes at intervals of 5-15 cm (depending on the size and weight of the glued elements). Join the glued elements together and disconnect immediately. Wait 5 minutes for the solvent to pre-evaporate. Reassemble the glued elements by sliding them down and pushing them down. For vertical gluing, slide from top to bottom.
