Product properties
The OSAKRYL BOSMAN adhesive is intended for bonding flexible PVC floor coverings without a VINIGRAM RECORD, VINIGRAM SPECIAL S and LENTEX insulation layer (in the form of tiles and sheets) as well as parquet, unpainted wood mosaics, tiles, terracotta, to concrete and cement surfaces.
Consumption depends on the type of substrate and the type of glued elements, and for example amounts to - caissons 0.2 - 0.4 kg / m - polystyrene boards 0.4 - 0.6 kg / m Note! After drying, the glue does not dissolve in water. Any stains on the surface of the body and tools should be washed off with water before drying.
Application
Before use, place the adhesive package for 24 hours. at a temperature above 15 ° C. After opening the package, mix the contents thoroughly. The substrate to be glued should be even, clean and dry.
NOTE: maximum substrate humidity -3%.
The optimum temperature for the application of the glue is +15 C to 25 C.
Spread the adhesive on the substrate with a serrated lath or a spatula with a notch height of 2-3 mm. After applying the glue, wait 5-10 minutes.
Arrange the sheets or tiles, pressing them carefully against the substrate. Pollution
bonded materials should be washed off immediately with a damp tampon. Do not use the floor for 2 days.
