Product properties
Permanently plastic and flexible roofwork adhesive-sealant based on ecological mixture of bitumens and resins for roofing repair and insulation. It creates a permanent, durable and waterproof joint. It is intended for dry and wet substrates; it is not corrosive to zinc coated sheet metal and connectors. Perfect for roofing paper and bituminous materials of similar type, and also for sheet metal and mineral materials (e.g. Concrete, mortar, and stone). It does not require mixing or heating. Resistant to weather, draining, peeling, and contraction scratch formation. It does not contain asbestos.
Roofwork sealant - the roofwork compound is used to seal and glue roofing paper, bituminous shingles, and corrugated plates, sealing leaks, cracks, seams, and sheet metal flashings, filling and sealing gaps around roof culverts, i.e. Ventilation ducts, flues, gutters, downpipes, domes, skylights, chimneys, aerial masts, etc., and filling scratches and cracks in concrete elements before roofing paper or liquid bituminous membrane is applied. Do not use for areas constantly submerged in water or under constant water pressure.
Application
Before starting work, dry, clean and degrease the joint or smooth surface. Cut the mouth of the tube above the thread. Screw in a nozzle cut obliquely to the width of the gap to be filled. Put the tube into the squeezer-gun. Squeeze out the contents of the container by pressing the plunger from the bottom. Recommended spreading time: 5-15 minutes.
