Product properties
They can be used for: industrial and floor concrete screeds (including underfloor heating), self-leveling compounds, prefabricated concrete elements (production and repair), shotcrete, plasters and mortars, and fire walls. Do not use on heat-treated concrete mixes (> 140⁰C).
POLYPROPYLENE FIBERS with a special silica coating enabling easy distribution in concrete mixes. Intended for non-structural use in concrete, mortar, or grout. POLYPROPYLENE FIBERS for concrete and mortar, 18 mm long and 34 µm in diameter.

How to use
Opakowanie 600g na m betonu. Do betonów ognioodpornych 200g / 100 litrów betonu. Włókno polipropylenowe dodaje się do betoniarki zawsze po kruszywie, a przed cementem wodą i domieszkami, czas mieszania na sucho min 5 minut przy 15 obrotach na minutę. Ze względu na różnice we właściwościach materiałów budowlanych ( np. kruszyw) w przypadku wątpliwości zaleca się przeprowadzenie próby na małej partii towaru. Temperatura topnienia 165⁰C, temperatura zapłonu > 360⁰C.
