Two-component construction foam: assembly, filling, and sealing of structures - where there is no sufficient moisture access and where fast mechanical processing of foam is required. Installation of indoor door woodwork. Filling of closed sections (boat building, refrigeration, silencing, and installation of paddling pools and bath tubs). Very short time of curing and treatment, low water absorption, chemically cured (do not moisten the substrate). It ensures rigidity of installed elements; very good thermal, sound, and moisture insulation. Good adherence to stone, concrete, plaster, gypsum, building ceramics, wood, steel, and pvc. Curing time: 10 minutes
Application
The substrate is dry, clean and degreased. Turn the bottle cap clockwise 6 times. Turn the bottom of the bottle upside down and shake it vigorously several times, wait about 20 seconds to activate the chemical reaction between the components. Screw the hose onto the valve. During operation, hold the cylinder upside down (correct working position). Empty the cylinder within 6 minutes of activating the components. Processing time - 15-20 minutes. Hardening - 20-25 minutes. Full mechanical load capacity 2.5 hours. Cut off excess foam and protect with acrylic. Remove the remains of uncured foam with the Bosman foam cleaner.
